  • Payments & Cancellations: Payments are non-refundable unless canceled at least one week before the shoot. You are allowed to reschedule your shoot once, with a minimum of one week’s notice. Please note that rescheduling may incur an admin fee.
  • Video Edits: Edited video will be delivered within 7 days from the shoot, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
  • Video Storage: Your video and edits will be stored for up to 3 months after your shoot. After this time, they may be deleted. Retrieval beyond this period may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
  • Copyright: All video footage is protected under UK copyright law. The photographer retains the copyright to all video taken. You are granted a license to use the video for personal or commercial purposes as agreed, but the photographer’s copyright must always be acknowledged. You may not alter, sell, or license the video without prior written consent from the photographer.
